Stitch AI connects Bullhorn to the official WhatsApp Business Platform, formerly known as the WhatsApp Business API, through msgboxx, its shared WhatsApp team inbox. Stitch AI holds the Meta Business Partner badge, and msgboxx runs on the official WhatsApp Cloud API, not QR-code logins or WhatsApp Web workarounds.
Recruiters send WhatsApp messages from inside Bullhorn through the Stitch AI Chrome extension, with conversations logged to the activity stream and the shared msgboxx inbox available without leaving the ATS.
Conversations are held centrally by the business, not on staff phones, with chat assignment history and CSV export, so a UK GDPR Subject Access Request becomes a data export rather than a search across staff handsets.
