Stitch AI (listed by Vincere as Stitch AI / Stitch msgboxx) is one of Vincere's approved integration partners and is available in the Vincere Marketplace. Stitch AI holds the Meta Business Partner badge, and msgboxx is built on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, formerly known as the WhatsApp Business API. It uses the WhatsApp Cloud API, not QR-code logins or WhatsApp Web workarounds.
Consultants send and receive WhatsApp messages from inside Vincere through the Stitch AI Chrome extension. Day-to-day chats and candidate broadcast messages are logged automatically to each candidate's activity stream, and the shared msgboxx inbox lets the whole desk see and pick up conversations.
Request a Client ID and API key from Vincere support, then an admin enters them in msgboxx under CRM Integration settings. Every WhatsApp account created through msgboxx then logs its messages to Vincere. For help with setup, contact support@stitch-ai.com.
Conversations are held centrally by the business, not on consultants' phones, with chat assignment history and CSV export, so a UK GDPR Subject Access Request becomes a data export rather than a search across staff handsets.
